I found this bottle at a dig last week ..... I spent the week searching for it on the web with no luck !!!!! reads: imperial half pint c.h fernley patentee Ashton-u-lyne t. turner & co makers dewsbury ...... Anyone got any ideas ?.
im not sure i think weve got a picture of the bottle.i will do a little reserch on it and find some information out for you.

I have had another 3 emails back from bottle collectors but sadly still no info !!. I think it might be a sample bottle that didn't get used as it says patentee not patent.
Give it a try on Ebay,you never know it may be worth a fortune,plus you may just get some info on the bottle aswell.
Found out the name of this bottle top either beehive or stacked external applied lip 8 ). Its more common on sauce bottles than mineral water bottles.
i would say behive and poss date 1890 1895 still a good bottle and not so easy to get hold of and one for the patent collectors
